We offer customized service agreements to fit your needs and make your snow removal and ice management needs worry free. Options include "per push," seasonal, hourly rate, and zero tolerance pricing. We pride ourselves in offering exceptional service for the best possible price.

Per Push Contract

A "per push" contract outlines pricing for snow plowing and sidewalk services based on accumulation tiers, as well as de-icing services. Customers are billed based on the snow accumulation tier and salting services.

Seasonal Contract

A seasonal contract outlines a set cost for snow plowing, salting, and sidewalk services for the snow season based on the customer's needs. The set cost is billed in five equal monthly payments due on the 1st of each month during December through April.

Hourly Rate Contract

Pricing is determined by a set hourly rate for various types of equipment needed on the customer's premises, and based on the time and materials required. Pricing is set at an hourly rate for various types of equipment needed to perform services at the customer's location, billed utilizing time and materials basis.

Zero Tolerance Contract

A zero tolerance contract outlines a set cost for snow plowing, salting, and sidewalk services for the snow season based on the customer's needs. We actively monitor the site before, during, and after any event, ensuring that all parking areas, dock areas, walkways, and aisles are constantly clear and free of all snow and ice. The set cost is billed in five equal monthly payments due on the 1st of each month during December through April.

Additionally, in the event of significant accumulations or a large snowfall, we can provide snow hauling and off-site removal at an additional cost.
